I am a Portuguese legal expert working at the intersection of global mobility, immigration, and international residency. I advise high-net-worth individuals, their families, and their businesses on moving between countries — for investment, relocation, and long-term planning — and I make sure the legal side of that move is prepared once, prepared well, and approved, with the discretion that private matters deserve.
My path to mobility work was built on unusually solid foundations. I spent three years in notarial practice, drafting deeds, preparing registrations, and advising on tax optimisation — the exact machinery that most relocations eventually run through. I then advised organisations as in-house legal counsel, and today I negotiate and manage complex international contracts in a multinational environment, advising senior stakeholders on risk, intellectual property, and confidentiality.
That combination matters for one simple reason: an immigration file is a contract with a state. Every supporting document, every declaration, every deadline carries consequence. Clients work with me because I treat their move with the same rigour a multinational demands of a supplier agreement — and because I can sit at the table with lawyers, accountants, HR teams, and public officials, and speak all their languages at once.

Beyond the practice
I serve, pro bono, as President of the Jurisdictional Council of a Portuguese cerebral palsy association, overseeing legal and ethical compliance and governance. I have cerebral palsy myself — I have never let it define or limit me, and it taught me to read every challenge as an opportunity. That conviction led me to create Craftable, a movement that creates real market opportunities for artists with the courage to stand out, because everyone deserves a place in the spotlight for their uniqueness.
